Return and Replacement Policy

We pour magic into every product we create, and each piece is custom-made just for you. Because of this, our return and refund policy is intentionally strict—but fair.

✅ When We Accept Replacements

We offer replacements only in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or has a printing/manufacturing issue
  • You receive the wrong item

To qualify:

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  • You must provide clear photos and a video showing the issue.
    ⚠️ Blurry, incomplete, or edited evidence may result in rejection of your claim.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Once verified, we’ll send a replacement of the same item.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

❌ Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or replacements for:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Change of mind, mood, or personal preference
  • Courier delays or delivery refusal
  • Any reason other than damage or defect caused by us

🚫 Order Cancellatio

All FairyPrisme products are custom-made, so orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

🚚 Return to Origin (RTO)

If your parcel is returned to us due to delivery failure:

  • We will reship the product once it returns to us.
  • You will need to pay an additional shipping fee.
  • To arrange reshipment, please contact us from here.

📦 Delayed Delivery (15+ Days)

If your order has not arrived within 15 days of dispatch, you may be eligible to apply for a refund.

  • Please visit our Contact Page to submit your request.
  • We will verify the shipment status and initiate a refund only if the delay is confirmed and not caused by incorrect address or delivery refusal

🏠 Address Correction Requests

If you’ve accidentally entered the wrong address during checkout:

  • You may request an address change by contacting us via our Contact Page.
  • If your order has not yet been dispatched, we’ll update the address at no extra cost.
  • If your order is already dispatched, address changes may incur additional courier fees, which must be paid before reshipment.

📦 Unboxing Guidelines

To ensure eligibility for replacement:

  • Record a full unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.
  • Avoid using sharp tools that may damage the product.
  • If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, note it at the time of delivery.
